Hello Nanny is a simple, sturdy and free to use baby monitor. Use anything with a camera like a mobile phone, tablet or laptop. No registration, no tracking just sleeping.

Quick start

Start with "Baby television" on the device you want to take with you. Take another device which you leave with your baby and select the "Baby camera" option.

A baby monitor everywhere

Hello Nanny is a simple app specially designed to be used on the road. For example in hotels, with your parents or anywhere where you don't have a baby monitor at hand. It takes 2 mobile devices like a mobile phone, tablet or laptop. It works on Google Android, Apple iOS, Windows, Mac, Linux. On any recent device which has a camera and is decently updated. The stream can only be viewed by 1 person and works everywhere where you have a stable internet line.

But why?

We found out that using a baby monitor in a hotel room is hard. A simple camera like a "Nest Camera" simple doesn't work in hotels because of the allow internet access screen. Also calling to each other thru FaceTime or Whatsapp doesn't work. When the connection drops for a short period of time, you can't simple reconnect. And the camera's don't work properly in the dark.

Cool! So how to use?

As simple as possible. Take your viewing device and select "Baby television". Press the start link and you will be presented by a QR code.

Now take your other device. On Android or your iPhone you can simple open your photocamera app and scan this QR. If you are being asked for camera / microphone access, then allow it.

That's it! Your baby should appear on the televion. When you are in a dark room, rember to use "Night mode".
